My shoulder is killing me today. It's a constant ache with twinges of pain if I move my arm into a horizontal position or above. Is this just a pulled muscle of some sort or something more serious I'm not sure. I'm going to give it a day or two to see if it feels better before making any kind of appointment. Going to class last night seemed to make it worse. I'm still going to attend class this week but I'm probably going to skip the push-ups.
It's self-defense week at the dojang. Found out last night that we're actually going to be tested on this material this time. They are going to cover it more frequently as we get closer to the test.
They are also modernizing their administration. Instead of pulling a card each week and filling in the check box for being there, we now have id cards with our pictures on them that they are just going to be scanning. Just find your card in the rack on the wall when you come in (filed alphabetically) and go.
